On March 21, 2026, a delegation of Hue City leaders visited Kim Oanh Group’s headquarters and its flagship real estate projects, including premium urban developments and social housing projects across the South. The visit not only strengthened ties between the Group and Hue’s leadership, but also opened up new opportunities for the company to further contribute to urban development across both premium and social housing segments.
Expanding a Multi-Sector Real Estate Ecosystem
During the program, the delegation toured Kim Oanh Group’s headquarters and gained insights into the company’s development journey, strategic vision, and commitment to building a diversified, human-centric, and sustainable real estate ecosystem. The delegation also visited several of the Group’s representative projects across its two key strategic segments, including One Era—a premium urban development—and K-Home New City, a social housing project.
Hue City’s delegation also visited the KINERA office (a member of Kim Oanh Group) and discussed the One Era project in Thuan An.
Positioned as a high-end development, One Era is expected to become a new symbol of modern living, contributing to the transformation of Ho Chi Minh City’s satellite urban areas. The project has attracted strong market attention through its strategic partnership with four leading Japanese corporations with extensive experience in real estate development: Sumitomo Forestry, Kumagai Gumi, NTT Urban Development, and AEON. With a total investment of up to USD 1.1 billion, it is considered one of the most notable M&A deals in the market.
Alongside its premium portfolio, Kim Oanh Group has partnered with Surbana Jurong to develop a series of Singapore-standard social housing projects under the K-Home brand. The first project developed under this model is K-Home New City—Vietnam’s first Singapore-standard social housing urban development.

Following K-Home New City, in 2026, the Group continues to expand this model in Dong Nai with projects including K-Home Avenue, K-Home Cityview, and K-Home Midtown—bringing approximately 4,000 units to the market and creating greater homeownership opportunities for residents.
Strengthening Ties with Hue
After the site visits, the Hue City delegation highly praised Kim Oanh Group’s social housing development model, recognizing it as a significant step forward in elevating the quality of social housing in Vietnam. According to the delegation, this model not only improves access to affordable housing but also enhances living standards and supports sustainable urban development.
As Hue continues to expand its urban landscape and housing demand rises, this modern and integrated social housing model is considered highly suitable for research, adaptation, and wider implementation in the future.
K-Home New City—Vietnam’s first Singapore-standard social housing development—has now taken shape,
with units being handed over to customers in phases.

The delegation also visited show units of low-rise social housing at K-Home New City.
Beyond business activities, the Group actively engages in social welfare programs. On the same day, both parties attended the 2026 Lunar New Year Gathering organized by the Hue Association in Ho Chi Minh City. During the event, Kim Oanh Group donated VND 500 million to support community initiatives in Hue—demonstrating its strong commitment to social responsibility and community connection.
The visit by Hue City leaders not only provided a platform for exchanging insights on urban development but also reaffirmed Kim Oanh Group’s credibility and position in the real estate sector—from high-end urban areas to social housing developments. It also lays the groundwork for future collaborations and contributions toward building modern, sustainable, and livable cities.
