On March 28, Kim Oanh Land hosted a customer appreciation gala for Legacy Central under the theme “A Place Where Your Happiness & Future Shine” at the WTC EXPO Convention & Exhibition Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Đặng Thị Kim Oanh – Chairwoman and CEO of Kim Oanh Group – shared: “Your trust has been the foundation and the driving force that helped us overcome numerous challenges to shape Legacy Central into a truly livable community.”

Mr. Tô Duy Chinh – Deputy Head of Sales Division at Kim Oanh Land – added that, building on the success of projects such as Legacy Central, The EastGate, Richland Residence, and K-Home New City, the Group is rolling out a series of new developments with enhanced planning, design, and technology to further elevate product quality.
“In Q2, we expect to launch around 4,000 apartments under the K-Home brand, including K-Home Avenue (Nhon Trach), K-Home Cityview (Bien Hoa), and K-Home Midtown (Trang Bom), offering diverse products tailored to different customer segments,” he said.

A major highlight of the evening was the lucky draw program, featuring prizes worth a total of VND 2.5 billion, including a Toyota Camry 2.5HEV TOP, VND 250 million in cash, Honda SH and Honda Air Blade, along with many other valuable gifts.
